According to Forbes Santa Clause, who has been on top of the list for many years, has been removed from the list due to the outcry of letters stating he is "real". The new fictional top dog Oliver "Daddy" Warbucks, the next wealthiest is C. Montgomery Burns. Scrooge McDuck rounds off the top 3.
New to the list this year is Atlantic City Billionaire Tycoon Mr. Monopoly, and the plumber who works for Nintendo - Mario.
