african children's choir

Our church was blessed to host the African Children's Choir on Wednesday. They have been touring North America for 18 months and we were the second last stop on the tour before they return home. These kids are so full of energy, excitement and love for the Lord. During the concert the director asked the kids what they are going to remember about their trip. They loved McNuggets, french fries, spaghetti and even hard boiled eggs. Some of their favorite things they did were West Edmonton Mall, Disney World and visiting the Zoo (the director was amused since these are the animals they have at home)

The African Children's Choir does a great work for helping to provide education and support for orphaned children. The kids on tour all have dreams of growing up to help better their community at home.

Great photos. I'd love to have a copy since I didn't bring my camera. It was a real blessing to host Stella and Maria. I'll have to post a blog entry about that soon.
