A few weeks ago a man from Surrey stole a brand new 5 ton delivery truck. He was promptly arrested and then released by our wonderful court system. The truck was then impounded in a "secure" lock-up. Today was our dumb guys court appearance. Being the braintrust he is, he thought it would be prudent to steal the truck again - this time from the secure lock-up. He then proceded to use it for his transportation to the courthouse.
I don't know, maybe he's not the dumb guy - maybe it's the guy in the nice black robe.
